TELKOM BEING USELESS AS ALWAYS.

This is my second complaint about Telkom. Their service is just **** like always. I live in Trichardt,and the signal have been faulty for 5 weeks now in this area with LTE connections connecting and disconnecting every 10min or the signal drops to 1 bar. Even my neighbours are complaining about this. I called Telkom twice, logged fualt twice. They did come back to me just to put the phone down while i was speaking with them, what the hell service is that, why didn't they call me back? FIX THIS PROBLEM, WE PAYING ALOT FOR THE SERVICE! OR come back to me so that i can cancel my contract that not worth the service.
