Telkom being Telkom

Requested to move my ADSL line online. After 2 weeks nobody called me. I called Telkom, waited 20mins + to speak to someone. Consultant said no record of my request. He then logged a call to move my line. After 2 weeks nobody called me. I then had to call in again. Waited 15mins. Consultant booked appt for a week later 7/9/2015. Process so far 5 weeks! Technician came on Monday, I was not home but my domestic was in. According to her he said there was a problem with cable and he would come back the next day and he would call me. No call from tech obviously, my domestic only comes on a Monday so I called Telkom to ask if tech is coming back that day (Tuesday). She said yes tech is booked and gave me his name. I left work early to make sure Im there. By 14.00 nobody had arrived! Once again I must call Telkom. Have to use my cell as my line is not connected, costs me more money. Call centre says the tech is not coming today it has been referred to cabling department. How did we go from someone coming to not!? Why do you not follow up with me and let me know whats going on?!! I have lost money by leaving work to wait for you guys! DO YOU ACTUALLY CARE? PLS CONTACT ME FOR CANCELLATION!!
