Telkom being pathetic and useless again…

Telkom being pathetically useless again. Our payment for our service was paid beginning of April, and our next amount owed according to them Was +- RR350 which we paid… This morning we got the -your service has been suspended message, Checking our statements it says payment rejected …they can’t tell us why, it’s a EFT payment they say debit order we always do EFT’s ,now we sit without Lines this is when we do most of our bookings…,so we lose work whilst they are not doing theirs … wake up you losers you are costing people their livelihood. Don’t pay you are cut off ,pay you are still cut off and there is no urgency to sort it out they stuff up and we need to jump through hoops to get it sorted we have had our business since 1996 and Telkom has not impressed at all time to look for alternatives…. IDEOTS!!!!!!
