Telkom becomes Helkom.

I spoke with Telkom April this year to request a move of my fibre service to a new address within CT and they told me they cannot provide me with the same deal which I was currently enjoying as it would have to go through Vumatel which was more expensive. So as i had a contract with Telkom i asked what happens now to which she rep**** that they would cancel the contract. However i was still billed for a couple of months afterwards and want to now hand me over for an adverse listing. No wonder people hate Telkom so much.
