Telkom be warned!

What is going on with the TERRIBLE SERVICE???!!! Since around 15/20 October I have had NO internet connection on either of my wifi lte routers from Telkom. We pay monthly ON TIME DUE TO DEBIT ORDER and are being charged outrageous prices for wifi that does not even work! Bank statement shows Telkom debiting over R900 for routers that in total cost me R568 per month!

If I do not get this issue resolved I WILL FOLLOW UP ON IT! I am tired of being overcharged or having some or other issue!!!

Pathetic customer service. You can't answer your phones but are quick (actually early) to debit our bank accounts! And the invoices I receive are just as ridiculous. FIX THIS OR I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER!
