Telkom

If there was an option for negative star/s I would give it to Telkom. I called them on March this year to apply for wifi installation...after numerous back and forth/pillar-to-post processes and paying R700.00 to get the installation order started, I still have no wifi installation and I have been calling the 10213 number constantly and it's either they're offline and can't track the application or I should leave my details and someone will get back to me...to this day, nothing.
