I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I got from Telkom to start with why put out a catalogue dated 1st April to 31st May 2022 with products you cannot even offer to customers, false advertising I was interested in a deal of a sim only package on a month to month contract for R249 LTE data 120GB anytime + 120GB night deal plan as stated on page 46 of your catalogue when I ask for it I'm told it doesn't exist you only offer 24 months contract when I ask for what I saw on paper I'm given a runaround excuses, extremely disappointing and very ***********.
