TELKOM BAYWEST - NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE

Yesterday 8th I went to Telkom Baywest - simply needed a new sim and RICA...

My number was called and 20 minutes later I was told that within an hour or two it would be online.

26+ Hours later - still nothing.

Also BAYWEST TELKOM while this lady is helping me all the other staff members keep on asking her for assistance, she was all over - is there just one person who knows how things work? All this makes me wonder - did she ACTUALLY DO the whole RICA process properly?
