TELKOM BAYWEST MALL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Received the worst service ever at Telkom in Baywest Mall. After waiting for over an hour to be seen too, I was assisted by someone who was clearly not interested in making an effort to help or rectify the problem. After taking out a Telkom mobile rooter data contract, I have not been able to use it as every time it says that there is either no service or that I need to purchase data. No one could explain to me why I need to purchase data if there is meant to be data loaded every month so instead I am paying now for terrible service and no data. This month they changed me almost double the contract amount!!!!! So Telkom just takes your money gives you no service and then refuses to help or give any answers. Instead they tell you that they can not help you or instead just don't want to help you!
