Telkom Baywest is the worst.

On Saturday the 27.01.24 i went to Baywest Telkom for an upgrade. The device I was looking for was not in stock. Wednesday 31.01.24 I receive an email from Telkom informing me the device is available. My response was that i will come and collect the device on Friday 02.02.24. Dealing with a different consultant this time i was told the device was sold. I had to travel twice from Humansdorp which is about 80km away. Not only a big waste of time bit also a costly exercise. I left my address and would appreciate it if Telkom can take the courtesy and del8ver the phone to me.
