Telkom Bayside **** service

I went in to Telkom Bayside mall for a simple upgrade then I had to go back to the store 2 weeks later because they charged me way more then the package I upgraded to. After that was sorted, I had to go back to the store because all of a sudden I have a different cell number, I went back again but this time I can receive calls on my number but when I make a call it shows a different number. I am so tired of going back into the store.. this is poor service, I should have stayed with mtn upgrades were simple and not so tiring.
