Telkom battle

I have a telkom mobile contract with Telkom , I've had this contract for 5 years until Telkom decided to cancel by contract in error. I called the call centre and the consultant apologized for the error on thier part but my number did not get re-instated after numerous call and endless attempts to debit my account for the full remaining amount of the contract I finally realized that I would not get my number back until the contract was paid up , I paid off the balance after a consultant gave me a 3 month payment plan after paying the full amount of the contract I still have not received a paid in full letter and cannot get my number back and the worst is I am now being hounded by a debt collector for the very same account that has been canceled in error by telkom but still settled by myself. I get daily calls for this contract that I do not even have. Very disappointed with Telkom.
