Telkom: Banana republic telecom, useless call centre agents

After 3 months of useless call centre agents telling me my debit order will go through - Im STILL battling to have these useless people activate a debit order for my data contract. Im seriously fighting for them to take their money, how rediculous. A true telecom company for for a banan republic.
