Telkom bad turn around time

Telkom just cut off my WIFI, they said they would send a technician who works only till 17:00. Myself and my husband are at work till 17:00. The consultant then said then it will have to be on weekends. So I asked which weekend and she said they don’t have a turn around time. So does this mean I should sit during the week without WIFI until a weekend where a technician can come ??? Really Telkom ??
