Telkom BAD to non existing ADSL data speeds

I am supposed to get 2Mbs, UNCAPPED ADSL, data from Telkom.Since i have been with them, i never get data above 40Kilo bits per second.They even try to upgrade my contract to 4MBS, as they state that they upgraded the ADSL in our area, THIS IS FALSE, as they lure clients into false contracts.If i only get 20% of the data i pay for, then i only want to pay 20% of my bill to Telkom.Telkom to investigate and refund me for the full period i have been with them, Pro rata!!!!<br> <br> i also reported their false new TV adverti*****t, to the ASA this morning, so it can be removed immediately from the TV..<br> <br> Stay away from Telkom and their false ads and bad internet delivery.
