TELKOM bad technicians

I made an appointment 15 days ago for them to come install my line at my house yesterday. My wife stay home waiting for them as they will be there between 7am and 4pm. 3:30pm and no one came and I call Telkom. Telkom says they were there but no one answered. I insist that no now was there because my wife was waiting all day. While im on the call they call me on my cell saying they LOST. Now how can they be lost and have rang the bell to say we not home. *****!!! Anyway they eventually get there, install the line, but could not finish the job as some technician needs to link up the line which they can only do the next day as he left already. So today i get a call From telkom that no one pitched up yesterday and if they can come again on Friday. WHAT IS WRONG WITH DOING A SIMPLE JOB AND NOT WASTING EVERYONE TIME??? This technnician said everything should be sorted today as he can finish it from outside. AND NOW TELKOM IS SAYING NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE??? PATHETIC SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!!!
