Telkom bad survice

I had a wifi contract with Telkom of R249 deduct on last day of the month. They deduct any time of the month and not the amount the suppost to. Theres no money in my account àt that time so the bank charge me an i dont not why Telkom also penslize me with R220 every time. I reverse the transaction and then i pay it cash at Schoprite or Pick an Pay. I sent them a email rev. nr ***0 on 4 March no furder responce. I phone 10th May nobody phone back. Now my wifi is suspend for two months already and i pay every month. I take out a cellphone contract. The biggest mistake because if they cant sort out my wifi. I want somebody Afrikaans to phone me urgent because i will not pay until they sort this out.
