Telkom Bad Srevice ADSL

I have been trying to upgrade my ADSL line at home from soft capped to uncapped from Nov 20... After numerous calls my package was changed to Uncapped but the TIN nos still remained on softcapp thereby trottling my line presently...

No agent or supervisor is offering any kind of assistance or support in this regard

I have sent numerous emails to *** ALSO Fillfulment and Esc depot ......STILL NO RESPONSE .....I NEED URGENT HELP
