Telkom Bad service with cancellation

My name is Palesa Selepe I need your assistance, I had a contract with telkom which I fully paid it 2019 January and money was received and I got an email to confirm closure for both my contracts after a struggle with bad service with telkom consultants, but a team leader by the name of Melinda sent an email for confirmation, then years later I found out that account wasn’t closed as a matter of fact they handed this account to legal attorneys , now my simcard is suspended , and when I call after 2 hours on a call Zama Khathi advised me that it’s their mistake on their side to suspend my simcard and I must go to nearest telkom , and I’m far to town and I did advise that I’m pregnant and not feeling well I can’t be going to the stores , I really need your assistance, I have attached email I received,

The service is bad , been getting different rude consultants.
