Telkom bad service (*****ing)

Very bad service. Telkom is basically *****ing as I pay for a 10mbps line and bearly get 2mbps. I already complained about this on 13 May 2018 (reference number: AI ********** ). It was fixed after I had to complain on Hellpeter, however now I again bearly get 2mbps. This is unacceptanle that I only get mbps line speed while I signed a 24 month contract and pay monthly on time for a 10mbps line.

Can you please inform me what the proble is and how this can be fixed otherwise I might as well stop paying as I don't receive the service (10mbps) that I signed a contract with Telkom for.
