Telkom Bad service provider ever

Telkom are nothing but ******,

I have been struggling with my invoices for the last 3 months, the cancelled my fibre service without informing me but still charging me… i have been paying my account consistently suddenly I saw debits on the statement the sent to me, once I enquired the credited my account and I did not have to pay as I had credit..

The credit balance is now exhausted not the tell me that they had incorrect passed those entries and my account is in arrears..

My account with them is R1159 for the flex on 10 deal…

I spoke to Gugulethu Jokia @ 16:47 and she could only tell me that she cannot assist as she didn’t know how those entries were made.
