Telkom bad service provider

I have logged a call since yesterday but have no help I made several calls to the call center with no help. I have a problem with the router it says connected with no internet connection. They promise to call me but even today no call . They expect me to pay for the service I can't use. Telkom is a terrible company . Here is my Ref No ***9. It is not the first time I have experienced this issue
