Telkom bad service ... never again will I be a client of them

Since last year July I dont use any of Telkoms products anymore. This past two months alot of my product expire but I couldnt cancel it because we dont have a branch in Malmesbury so I must drive to Cape Town. The internet webpage didnt work and also there app. They phone me everyday and everyday I tell them the same thing. Now I get an invoice for R400 more than usual. I dont know what to do anymore.
