Telkom bad service, **** promotions

I've been using Telkom contract for 2 months now even though the referral I got was not good but thought I should give it a try as I was a prepaid customer. When I took the contract I was informed that I can't buy data at the shops, and that i would get benefits, however the benefits they they told me about I do not get all of them. The customer care do not assist me instead they tell me to go to a Telkom store. Why should u go to a Telkom store when I have called Telkom directly. Telkom is ripping us off. 8 can afford to buy the phone cash, just because the promo seemed reasonable, I took it. Telkom and Telkom sales agents push sales in December at the cost of customers.
