Telkom Bad service

I have been dealing with a relocation issue whereby I was moving houses and i needed my Vumatel fiber moved to my new house beginning of September. After spending almost and hour on two occasions logging this new orders each time i am told its been cancelled for no reason.

Today is the 2nd of September and i still dont have Internet. I have been told stories that No one from Telkom can assist me with. I am a paying customer who doesnt skip any payment and i've been treated so badly that i now need to hange ISPs
