Telkom bad service

Telkom has the worst service. They claim to provide signal for lte yet there is none. When we report it all they do is give a ref number and nothing gets done. When we ask for a refund due to no service Telkom just does not do anything. This is appalling. How can they be allowed to continue *****ing?
