Telkom bad service

I would like to Complain about Telkom service, i have 2 contracts with them and i didnt upgrade the other one but they still debiting my account even though they called me and i said i am not renewing the contract, the other issue is that they sold me a sim card that is not in service, every time i call them someone will call me back but no one ever does and it been six month, i spoke to Angela Kekana and Njabulo Jili, and several agents at Mondo both my contract, *** and *** sim cards are not in service and i requested them to be cancelled and nothing is being done about it
