Telkom bad service

Telkom openserve, I hv been without wifi for the whole week now. Fault reported on the 18th November , till todate nothing fixed.wen I call the 10210 number, the consultant seems to be only waking up now his name is sanele. He could not even put me through to the rating so that I rate his service. All he said was fault still open,he doesn't know wats happening. I must just wait for tech
