Telkom BAD SERVICE

I have been with Telkom for years now and I have never ever in my life been so disappointed. I don't even want to rate them. Over the last few days I have called them multiple times and every single time it's just something else. I spoke to 7 agents not one was able to fix my problem. I am unable to receive any calls and I told them what about emergencies?? I am REALLY DISSAPOINTED and disgusted in their service. Nobody cares about the customer they just repeat themselves every time I wouldn't recommend this network to anyone anymore.
