Telkom bad service

On the 7th of November I visited a Telkom store in The grove Lynnwood Pretoria to blacklist my phone because it was ******. the consulted called the call center to assist me with that and that consultant at the call center said i can suspend my line just in case whoever had my phone would try to use the sim card because it’s a contract simcard. Sunday the 8th of November I went to the same Telkom store to do a sim swap, i was assisted by the same consultant who was assisting me on Saturday by the name of Angelina Makwela. she called the call center and apparently there was something wrong and my line could not be unsuspended. she gave a sim card to take it home with me she will do the sim swap then call me. she never called me on Sunday. Monday the 9th November i called the store several times and no one answered. i then went to the shop and i was not assisted still. today the 10th November i called the call center i spoke to Precious Madalane and i was told the line can’t be unsuspend because i owe a balance of R70 i must pay that amount which will reflect in 48hours. then my line will be unsuspended. i am really frustrated because no one seems to know what they are doing. and on top of that Angelina Makwela was giving me bad attitude yesterday. i have to drive up & down with my own petrol to get this sorted out & its not even my fault. this is the poorest service i have ever received in my life. and right now i don’t even recommend anyone to have any dealings with Telkom. why was i not informed on Saturday that if i suspend my line when i will not be able to unsuspend it because of the remaining balance of R70 owing on my account? Now i have to wait another 2days before i can do a sim swap. and i must drive again using my own petrol to the shop to the sim swap. i want this sorted out asap
