TELKOM - BAD SERVICE DELIVERY - NO CUSTOMER CARE

There should be no star rating for them. I still have not receive any kind of communication from them. How ironic, Telkom, but they cannot even communicate in any kind of form, no telephone response email - nothing.

I cancelled my contract on 10/02/2021 (online) and again - then they send me a sms with a reference number, a consultant will call me back. What a joke!!
