Telkom bad service delivery

When i paid the deposit it never reflected on their system and when i phoned them thay said that it is not on the system and i should email the proof of payment to them that was already a week ago and still did not get any feedback that the deposit is payed and when thay will install the system and it has already been 21 days from the day that i payed the deposit an by this time thay should have phoned me ,according to them
