Telkom bad service delivery!

Telkom has the worst customer care service in the world. We relocated to a new adres, I have app**** in Oct 2017 already on line and still nothing every time i phone them they give me a date but they never show !

Its been all most six months now and still nothing. I have phoned them so many times but still nothing happens I even have all the ref numbers from the times i phoned.

This service sucks cant believe I'm paying for this **** service!!

Why should we pay for something but we haven't had Wifi for 6 months now!!!!

We even had a dispute against them but still nothing!
