Telkom bad service

I have been with Telkom for a very long time. Lately the network is very bad in my area. I tried to log calls however I keep on being cut off. Eventually I got someone to listen to me but now after two weeks of trying to log a call the Technician can only come in November. I have to work from home and need my network to do my job. I tried to cancel my contract without penalties because Im not getting what I am paying for however they refuse and said I still have to pay the very huge cancellation fee. I am really at my wits end with this Company. Terrible service, terrible company!
