Telkom bad service

I have a contract with telkom which i pay them via debit order,and unfortunately my salary have been late for the past 4months so when they try to debit the debit order doesn't go through,of which they charge 200 each time of which i didn't know about,but i never missed a payment until they decided to close my lines i called them they said i must make payment arrangement then they will open my lines which i did,i paid the agreed amount they opened my lines only for a day and they closed it again,when i call them they told me i have to pay the whole arrears amount b4 they open my lines,i asked them why they gave me the wrong info in the 1st place and the consultant was a bit rude,how come they are giving different information don't they do the same training,am very ****ed off😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
