Telkom bad service

I canced my contract over 3months ago due to the fact the internet was never working and seldom was the landline. i am now recieving final demand letters for a service that i havent recieved. When I phone to try sort this out ( this can sometimes take over 30 minutes for someone to answer) I get told to phone another number. No one seems to be able to help, fed up with Telkom
