TELKOM /BAD SERVICE/ CONTRACT NOT CLOSED/ UNEXPLAINED DEBITS

I wish you had a zero rating on this App. Someone please assist, where do we go for help when telkom is billing us for things we dont understand. My contract has exceeded 24 months yet im still being billed even after logging a complaint. Telkom customer service is horrid. Consultants give different information then put you hold to ask for manager's assistance only to hang up on you and forward you to the next consultant who does the same thing>>> Someone, call this people to order. Im sure if a reputable lawyers sued telkom all these customers would be willing to be witnesses to this tragic human rights flaw.
