Telkom bad service complaint

Telkom is by far the worst company to deal with... I've canceled my contract with them yet they emailed me to advise that they will be debiting my account again! I called their call centre and was on hold with an agent for 15mins before she dropped the call with NO resolution! I will never use telkom ever again!
