Telkom bad service

Weekend I went to apply for a cellphone contract at Telkom lake side I was helped by a guy called Mvelo that guy is a ********* he said he will call me if my contract is approved the guy called and said my creditscore is low and I need to pay R1500 to get the contract phone I than went to Telkom at Carnival mall and they confirmed that its a lie you don't pay any money upfront for a contract phone and that this mvelo guy is not using his profile he is using Cynthia profile who also works there so I'm just wondering how many people he crocked they ruining the good Telkom name bunch of crocks
