TELKOM BAD SERVICE (CALL CENTRE OR BACK OFFICE)

Telkom not coming back to me for exactly a month now and every time i call them the response is that they will call me back this is really pathetic i logged a case on the 12th May already still no feedback all i need it to speak to back office but when i call them they never even sent my case thru that's what the lady at the call center said yesterday but all the agents said they will log it and sent it through until today i still havent had feedback. So what do i do next how do i get help cause even the store cant help me, they also say i must speak to back office??
