Telkom bad service

Very very bad service.. I been to several branches Tygervalley, parow centre even N1 mall to reinstate my debit order and check if I get my data and minutes that I been paying for.. All of them are clue less.. They just tell you to call that 081 number.. Which I been calling for weeks.. The App is so bad. I CANNOT link my contract account on it.. Its been months paying and no airtime or data.. Utterly horrified at the incompetence at the branches.. Why do they employ people if they cant help you
