Telkom bad service

November last year we app**** for telkom wifi as it was on promotion. And to dis day they havnt done anything. When i call to cancel because they already app**** for a line from open serve under my address even though they haven't installed anythng since they do not want to cancel. They say use online portal of which i tried countless times. It always says i cannot get costomers information. And i app**** with afrihost but they cant install coz the line with open serve is active and nothing was installed.
