TElkom Bad service

Good day. I would like to express my dissapointment in Telkom. Never will i ever recomend this service provider to anyone. Service is bad agents soooooo unprofessional. Monday we contacted as our payment was not reflecting. The agent told us to call back Tuesday as it takes 4 working days. We were already on the 4th day. We called again another agenr said no its 7 to 14 working days.. We called again. Spoke to a team leader soo un professional. Who tells a client there is nothing we can do.. Why not look we will esscelate this and come back with feeback. We have been calling the whole week. Agents lie to call u back.. Provide u with incorrect feeback no consistancy. The unprofessional. I miss being with MTN best network. As soon as this contact done im changing. Bad service i will not advice anyone to take Telkom. Their Agents answers calls either lie to u or give u incorrect feedback just to end the call
