Telkom bad service

It's so annoying to get assistance from Telkom call center, for days trying to get my issue resolved, but every call center is promising to log a service and SMS me, then nothing...then I have to call again, wait, and same thing over and over..and unfortunately they're going to take money from my account, for services I don't use..I'm so enough with this **** service...can anyone resolve my issue, like seriously now...nxa
