Telkom bad service

I received a call from Telkom agent regarding an upgrade and the call got disconnected and he didn't call back, few months down the line my account was debited for that upgrade which I never agreed to and never received that phone. Made Telkom aware of that, but it's been 6 months and I'm still debited with no help whatsoever.
