Telkom bad service

My R899.00 PM uncapped wifi contract ,of which I still have 12 months left on the contract has become an absolute waste of my money. 3 weeks of the month my service is throttled to death. Telkom service is beyond pathetic and I want to terminate my contract to take out a fibre contract with a provider that understand what service means. TELKOM YOU SHOULD RELIEVE ME FROM THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ME PAYING A CANCELLATION FEE.I HOPE SOMEONE AT TELKOM WILL TAKE THE YIME TO CONTACT ME. YOU ARE FRUSTRATING PSYING CUSTOMERS!!!
