Telkom bad service

Very bad, i missed to pay my bill for telkom beginning of March 2026,i then paid on the 26 of march and on the first of April i was debited twice my instalment, and the second of April my account was suspended for being in areas while Telkom is owing me payment for one month This is bad service,i am supposed to wait for seven days for reconnection.
