Telkom bad service

Telkom is a bad company. My line was locked on Thursdays the 10/10/2024 due to credit limit and immediately after getting the email that my line is locked , I paid them straight using their online service which they stated that it doesn’t take long to reflect unlike doing the eft. Today is the 12/10/2024 and still my line is locked and when I call am being told that they are having problems with their system and it will be open after 1-2hours and now 48hours later with me sending proof of payment TELKOM has not opened my line . Bad service from Telkom and they don’t care about their customer at all and the consultant just keep on saying we will escalate the matter and not do anything .
