Telkom bad service

I don’t want to select any stars, I have never ever experienced such BAD and INEFFICIENT service, Visited several Telkom stores to upgrade my contract. My finger print doesn’t work, so this is the reason why I can’t get a new phone. Tried several Telkom stores, and all of them are the same.......no customer care at all. I requested that the manager phone me, I am still waiting. Went to Telkom Bright water commence, the manager on duty gave me 3 numbers, not one of them exits, Can a Manager from Telkom please phone me ***.......lets put this on the test, lets see how long will it take ....amazing how they can phone you and remind you of all the specials but they can’t practice what they preach.
