Telkom bad service and worst store manager in history

Worst service ever. Calling the call centre and going in store pointless. The store manager at Greenacres branch is abrupt and rude. She doesn't deserve to be called the manager. Standing in the line to be told a change of ownership cannot be done cause of x,y,z but the call centre was contacted and not once mentioned anything of sorting that out before you contact your data provider. The lady at telkom did not care about anything except to say next customer please. New manager needed asap that woman is horrible
